True World Foods LA, a leading specialty food distributor has immediate openings for Outside Sales Associates to service restaurants & supermarkets in the LA area.

ENTRY LEVEL candidates are welcome to apply.

• Full time
• Prior sales experience is not required, we will provide training
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Japanese OR Korean
• Valid Driver License

Job functions include but not limited to:

• Regularly interact with customers to provide information about product availability, quality, and prices by visiting or calling during the day or evening.
• Regularly participate in production activities, including filleting, packing and preparing product for deliver
• Seek new customers and train and provide customers TWF’s strong points (Food safety / HACCP, etc.) and how to do business with TWF.
• Regularly interact with purchasing, delivery production and customer service personnel in order to exchange information about customer’s needs, product pricing, and availability etc.
• Monitor customer payments and ensures customer’s payment and credit are in good standing. Visit customers for collection as needed.
• Find the reasons of customer returning products and communicate with proper department to provide better service for the future.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
